ANCHORED SCHOOLS – WHO ARE WE
Debbie and Corrie have extensive experience working across 3-19 educational provisions. Initially they both started their work within pastoral care as school staff members. They progressed to various cross-phase SLT roles in a number of schools with different and diverse settings and needs; both have also worked with MATs at director level.
As Anchored Schools they have supported all ages of mainstream provision, nurseries, SEND provision, PRUs and even out of school extra- curricular groups. Our support includes a wide variety of pastoral areas from Safeguarding policy, practice and review, strategies to improve attendance, group and individual support in relation to challenging behaviour and attitudes to learning through to PSHE curriculum and delivery.
